Who is responsible

Website hosting and technical data

Our website uses Vercel for hosting. Requests are processed by Vercel and its infrastructure providers. Technical information may include your IP address, browser and device information, requested URL, request time and security-related events. This is used to deliver the website, maintain availability and protect it from misuse.

We do not add visitor analytics, advertising pixels or social-media trackers. Information handled by Vercel is also subject to Vercel’s Privacy Policy and applicable hosting terms. Operational records may be available to the site operator through hosting tools.

Cookies and local storage

The website itself does not set tracking or advertising cookies and does not use browser local storage to profile visitors. Its fonts, icons and screenshots are served as part of the site. Hosting security or protection features may set technically necessary cookies when used. The site does not embed advertising or third-party social widgets.

Contact forms and email

When you contact us, you provide your name, email address, topic, message and any information you include voluntarily. We use this information to reply, provide support and resolve your request. Please avoid passwords, payment-card information and confidential prompt content.

In email mode, the form prepares a message in your own email application. It is not delivered until you send it there. Your email provider handles that transmission. If direct website delivery is enabled, the form sends the message to a server function and uses Resend to deliver it to our support inbox. Resend’s processing is described in its Privacy Policy.

Our delivery function does not intentionally store message content in an application database or write it to application logs. Email providers and hosting infrastructure may retain operational records. For abuse prevention, direct delivery uses a short-lived in-memory hash of a network address and an attempt count. Your message remains in the form if delivery fails. We do not add you to a marketing list.

Purposes and applicable legal bases

We process technical request data to operate and secure the site, and correspondence to respond to enquiries and provide support. Where data protection law requires a legal basis, we rely on our legitimate interests in operating a safe website and answering enquiries, taking steps at your request or providing support under an agreement, and complying with legal obligations as applicable. Where we rely on consent, you may withdraw it without affecting earlier lawful processing.

Service providers and transfers

Hosting, security and email service providers may process relevant information to provide their services. They may operate in countries other than yours. Applicable provider agreements and legally required transfer safeguards govern that processing. We do not sell personal information or share it for targeted advertising. We may disclose information where required by law or necessary to address misuse and protect legal rights.

How long information is kept

We keep correspondence for as long as reasonably necessary to respond, resolve related issues and meet applicable legal obligations. Technical records follow the hosting and email providers’ retention settings and policies. You can ask us to delete correspondence; some records may need to be retained where the law requires it.

Your rights and choices

Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct or delete personal information, restrict or object to processing, request portability, withdraw consent where applicable or complain to a relevant data protection authority. Contact support@appscodelab.dev to make a request. We may ask for information reasonably needed to verify your identity and locate the relevant correspondence.

You can browse without sending a contact message. Links to Apple or other websites take you to services governed by their own policies.

Children and security

The website is intended for a general audience and is not directed to children. If you believe a child has sent personal information to us, contact us so we can review and, where appropriate, remove it. We use reasonable safeguards for information we handle; no method of transmission or storage is completely secure.
